Book Review: The Lucky One

Book Review: The Lucky One

I really did enjoy reading this book, last weekend you could hardly get me to put the book down. My parents even started to wonder what had happened to their daughter Madison (I don't read a lot) but when I find a good book I read  a lot! After I finished the book I also wanted to watch the movie so my friend came over last night and we watched The Lucky One! The movie was also really good but there were some parts that were different from the book that bothered me a little bit but I was able to look past that! I'm having a difficult time rating this but I think I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 because it was just like any other classic Nicholas Sparks book, guy meets the girl, they fall in love, something tears them apart, they make up, ends happily ever after. Don't get me wrong I LOVE his books but sometimes he has to change it up a bit maybe? I don't know that's just my personal opinion. As I mentioned in my last post how I began to like how there was a different character each chapter that is now probably one of my favorite parts of the book because you were able to see each characters thoughts and actions through there point of view and I really enjoyed that. I also like how everything connected and flowed through the story. Sparks always does a great job with romance books. I'm thinking about reading The Longest Ride by him next?! Does anyone have any other suggestions? If so, comment them below! :)
